The Kentucky Department of Public Health updated its regulation, 902 KAR 2:060, concerning immunization schedules for all public and private school students, and homeschooled students who participate in any public or private school activities.

- Homeschooled students must have a current immunization certificate on file with the school before participating in any public or private school activities.
- Religious exemptions shall be documented on a signed and notarized copy of the new form: Commonwealth of Kentucky Parent or Guardian’s Declination on Religious Grounds to Required Immunizations form.
